Gift Acceptance Agreement

The City of Oceanside (City) agrees to accept as a gift a memorial brick from the following donor(s):

The memorial brick is being presented to the City in memory of:

Upon acceptance of said gift, the brick will become the property of the City. Any decisions regarding said brick will rest with the City.

The City will assume full responsibility for the upkeep, care, and maintenance of said brick throughout its lifetime and retains the right to dispose of said brick when it is determined that its retention is no longer cost effective.
